Measuring the Unmeasureable
One thing that makes a stellar employee stand out from the pack is good judgment. Many supervisors won't articulate it that way, and while the common sense part of good judgment can't be taught, you can train yourself to not act rashly, to take the time to gather enough information to make the most appropriate decision and allocation of resources. How have you demonstrated good judgment for a supervisor or other recommender lately? Simple things like:

This workshop provides law students with information about how to prepare a professional résumé and excel in a legal interview. Attorneys from member firms and corporations will work with small groups of students to conduct mock interviews and provide feedback on their performance as well as their résumés. *This program is open to only 12 minority law students.
