We wanted to quickly remind you that some major OCI Deadlines occur next week. The Priority Registration Deadline is Wednesday, July 25 at NOON CST and BIDS are due Friday, July 27th at NOON CST, for On-Campus Interviews occurring from August 13th-August 31, 2012 (Sessions 1 and 2). Employers coming during later sessions have deadlines in August that are noted in The OCI Important Dates and Deadlines Document located on your Symplicity Homepage. Students: Reminder-OCI Deadlines Start Next Week

We wanted to quickly remind you that some major OCI Deadlines occur next week. The Priority Registration Deadline is Wednesday, July 25 at NOON CST and BIDS are due Friday, July 27th at NOON CST, for On-Campus Interviews occurring from August 13th-August 31, 2012 (Sessions 1 and 2).

Employers coming during later sessions have deadlines in August that are noted in The OCI Important Dates and Deadlines Document located on your Symplicity Homepage.

OCI Registration for Students: Deadlines Approaching

As the first bidding deadline for Fall OCI 2012 approaches (July 27th for Employers coming during Sessions 1 and 2), please remember:

The Required Steps for OCI Registration/Tab Access:

1. If you did not attend a Live Session this Spring, Watch the OCI Orientation Video and complete the related Questionnaire: Please log into Symplicity where under the OCI Announcement Box you will find a link to the video and the required questionnaire.

2. Enter your Conflicts into your Calendar on Symplicity: Conflicts must be entered into the Calendar on Symplicity for ALL Business Days from August 13th to October 15th using the Personal Events Sub-Tab under the Calendar Tab. To express that you are free on a given day to interview all day, you must enter an appointment from 7:00am-8:00am for each of those days that says NO CONFLICTS. Without an entry on your Calendar for each day of OCI, we cannot process your schedule when we are creating interview schedules.

3. Have an Approved Resume and then Complete the OCI Registration Form: Located under your Surveys Tab on Symplicity once your resume has been approved by your advisor for the 2012-2013 academic year.
