The Government Agency Career Expo will be held Thursday, August 30 at the Chicago Bar Association, providing you the opportunity to network with more than a dozen agencies. 3Ls Michael Ibrahim and LaTanya Love will be gathering at 4:00 p.m. in the 3rd Floor Student Services Suite to walk over if you want to join them. Don't forget that many federal and other government agencies hire recent graduates AND law students, including the DOJ and Homeland Security. The Government Honors & Internship Handbook can help you navigate the various deadlines. Registration for the Equal Justice Works Conference & Career Fair opened on Wednesday, August 15 and closes on September 13. Check out more details here. 3L Sami Silverstein will be attending and is working with Alumni Relations to organize a networking event with local alumni.

Proper Document Upload: Please remember to carefully label your documents, especially résumés, as you upload them into Symplicity. (For example, "Joe Student August 2012 Resume). Résumés need to be uploaded for review as an unlocked Microsoft Word document, not in any other format, which includes .pdf.
LCS Hours: LCS has implemented its summer hours. Our office is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm and Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm.
