Lawyers in the Classroom - April 27

The Chicago Bar Association YLS has been paired with 5th and 6th grade classes at Decatur Classical Elementary School, 7030 North Sacramento Avenue, to participate in Lawyers in the Classroom on the morning/early afternoon of April 27, 2011. Using materials developed by the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Chicago, the project aims to help local elementary students understand the U.S. Constitution and our legal System. Volunteer attorneys will be provided materials and asked to attend a one hour training on how to lead interactive lessons. Transportation is the responsibility of the volunteer.
