Next Two Weeks in LCS-4/13/12

With the semester winding down, Next Week in LCS will now be sent out on a bi-weekly schedule for the rest of the semester and then throughout the summer. As classes end in the next couple of weeks and the exam period begins, we wish you well and the best of luck for finals. Take some time for yourself to breathe and please reach out to our office if we can assist you in any way.

Receptions' Thank Yous: Thank you to all students who attended LCS-sponsored receptions this week. You and your classmates were appaulded by employers and alumni as being extremely well-prepared and professional. We encourage you to continue engaging in career development activities through networking efforts, informational interviewing and coffee dates, seeking out mentors, and attending events.

7-11 Eligible 2Ls: CCSAO Scholarships Available: The Institute for Advocacy & Dispute Resolution will be awarding scholarships of $3,500 each to two 711 eligible students to help support their work at the Cook County State's Attorneys Office in the Criminal Division this summer.
