Illinois Foreclosure Fellowships

APPLICATIONS DUE OCTOBER 25, 2012: Are you interested in consumer, public interest, or elder law? Check out the Illinois Foreclosure Fellowships sponsored by Equal Justice Works, which are 3 year fellowships that will commence no later than December 1, 2012. The funds come from the recent $25 billion foreclosure settlement with the nation’s five largest banks.  Foreclosure Fellows will be placed with one of four host sites—Chicago Legal Clinic, Chicago Volunteer Legal Services, Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing, and the University of Illinois College of Law and Community Preservation Clinic. More details here. If you'd like help with your materials for this or any other fellowships, please make an appointment with Associate Director of Public Service Law Alisa Rosales (call the office at 312-362-8385, option 1).
